We can start in the initial building stages or once your model unit is available for our design team. Typically we offer pre-development and pre-sales services, but can also work with you for just space planning, color and lighting selections and/or interior/exterior furnishings.

Pre-Development: The ideal time to bring us on board is during the planning and development phase of your project where we can offer suggestions for materials, floor and space planning, placement of lighting, and the addition of architectural elements.

Pre-Sales: Once the property is ready to be furnished, we work with you to develop a model design plan that emphasizes the style and architecture of the property once it's completed, as well as, the target buyer. We order and coordinate the entire installation from the furniture, accessories and artwork to lighting, window treatments and special treatments. The end result is a model that is not only appropriate to the style of the property, but that emotionally appeals to the broader buyer market.
